“Every destination ends up being my favorite! I’m happiest while fully exploring a destination. Even if it’s somewhere I’ve been before, I always look for something new to try.”

Bringing Families & Friends Together
Some of Steph’s favorite trips to plan are family and multigenerational vacations, as well as trips for groups of friends.

Planning group travel can mean balancing different ages, interests, activity levels, and vacation styles. Steph enjoys bringing all those pieces together to create a trip where everyone has something to look forward to.
Steph’s Travel Advice: Don’t Try to Do Everything!
When you finally arrive somewhere you’ve dreamed about visiting, it can be tempting to pack every possible attraction and activity into your itinerary. Steph recommends resisting that temptation.
“Don’t try to do everything! Leave yourself some flexibility to slow down, enjoy where you are, and experience the destination instead of constantly rushing to the next thing. The best travel moments always happen when they’re not planned.”
She also recommends adding a little breathing room when possible. Giving yourself a break day—or even an extra day before or after your vacation to rest—can make a big difference.

What’s Next on Steph’s Bucket List?
Japan!
Tokyo, Kyoto, and beyond are at the top of Steph’s list. She loves experiencing big cities, different cultures, and languages—and there’s another very important reason Japan is calling her name.
Steph is a huge Disney fan, so experiencing Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea is a must.
In fact, Disney is a recurring theme in Steph’s life. She knows the words to just about every Disney song and says that if there’s a Disney trivia contest, there’s a pretty good chance she’s going to win!
A Few Fun Facts About Steph
Music is almost always playing in Steph’s world. Whether she’s working, cooking, cleaning, dancing in the kitchen, or even trying to fall asleep, there’s a soundtrack involved. And her playlist has some serious range—from jazz and meditation music to rap.
When it comes to flying, Steph is firmly Team Window Seat. And for the record, she believes the person in the middle seat deserves both armrests. 
The most important items in her carry-on? Two portable phone chargers and extra charging cables.
That lesson came from experience. After once being stranded at LAX with a dead phone while needing to arrange an Uber, Steph decided she would never travel without backup power again.
And if she could hop on a plane tomorrow and go anywhere? She’d head to Colorado to spend time with family.
